We’ll start 2026 off right with a festive brunch-only service (closed for dinner).

• Think pork chops, collard greens, black-eyed peas, and other New Year’s favorites

• A fun, celebratory way to kick off the year with our guests

To ring in the new year, we’ll swap out regular service for a special three- or four-course prix-fixe menu.

• Menu will lean on current favorites and unforgettable dishes.

• Oyster bar will be open and oysters will be available as add-ons

• Optional wine pairings + special cocktails

• Champagne toast to kick off the evening

• Bar guests will have the option to order items a la carte from the pre-fixe menu, perfect for last-minute planners and walk-ins

We’ll close out the fall season with a family-style four-course dinner celebrating Cajun culture and the tradition of the boucherie. A whole-hog feast with seasonal vegetables and sides. This will be an opportunity to share Cajun foodways, community, and storytelling with our guests.

In celebration of Olivero’s 2-Year Anniversary, we’re teaming up for a collaborative four-course prix-fixe menu. An amazing evening with Chefs Sunny Gerhart & Lauren Krall Ivy. Collaboration on each dish will showcase the strengths of both restaurants… a fun, creative night for both teams and our guests.

Kicking off North Carolina oyster season with the NC Oyster Trail, this four-course pre-fixe dinner will highlight the very best local oysters.

To celebrate winning Raleigh Magazine’s Best Restaurant 2025, we’re hosting a special celebration dinner featuring a mix of our current, past, and upcoming favorite dishes—all chosen with help from our guests.

Keeping with our on going initiative to serve our community and Now Serving, Chef Sunny Gerhart and Chef Lauren Krall-Ivey, recently nominated James Beard Foundation "Best Chefs Southeast" are bringing Olivero to Raleigh for one night only. Olivero, our sister restaurant located in Wilmington, NC was proudly announced as one of USA Today's 2025 "Best Restaurants of the Year". Join us here at St Roch for a very special event featuring an Olivero curated 4 course menu with a carefully selected wine pairing option and an Olivero crafted cocktail selection.
